The Gathering Festival 2026

Now in its seventh year, The Gathering Festival returns to the historic Northern Meeting Park for a one-day celebration of Highland and Scottish music, culture, food, and drink. The 2026 headline act is multi-award-winning Scottish band Skerryvore, with a line-up that also includes Torridon, Talisk, Beluga Lagoon, Valtos, Kim Carnie, Dana, City of Inverness Pipe Band, and Còisir na h-Òige Choir. Alongside the music, the festival features a food village of Scottish produce, craft drinks from local distillers and brewers, market stalls, kids' entertainment, Highland dancing, and ceilidhs. A family-friendly event with no age restrictions — gates open at 11:30am, last entry 9pm.
