Northern Meeting Piping Competition 2026 – Day 2 (Senior & Junior)

The second and final day of the Northern Meeting Piping Competition covers both Senior and Junior solo piping events. Junior competitions — open to entrants from across the UK and worldwide — include Piobaireachd and March, Strathspey and Reel for under-15 and under-18 age groups, with around 30–40 competitors reflecting growing interest in schools piping. Senior events feature light music competitions and the Clasp, contested by former Gold Medal winners. Tickets are available on the day; no advance reservation is required.
