Northern Meeting Park Heritage Display Launch

New interactive information panels tracing the history of Northern Meeting Park are unveiled at this free drop-in event, open between 3pm and 5pm. Visitors can explore archive material and historic images spanning different eras, hear community stories gathered through interviews and workshops, and take part in mini Highland Games taster sessions, bagpiping, and Highland dancing. The afternoon also includes a community singalong of "Haste Ye Back," tied to the long-running summer show *The Kilt is Our Delight*. The park's recently restored grandstand and new community pavilion will also be open to view.
