Nairn Triathlon Festival 2026

Organised by Triathlon Inverness and supported by Triathlon Scotland, the Nairn Triathlon Festival begins with a sea swim off Nairn East Beach before a bike leg through the Nairnshire countryside and a run with views over the Moray Firth. Adults can enter the Super Sprint, Sprint, or Standard Triathlon, which are timed to morning high tide, while TriStar Duathlons for 8–14 year-olds run in the afternoon. Competitors are started in waves by estimated swim time; cycling helmets are compulsory and wetsuits are expected to be required unless water temperatures are unusually high.
